Together with the City of Salem, A3D has decided to undertake an enormous mission.  Salem is reknowned for its witch trials and Halloween-based themes.  It has been a place where people flock to every October to be spooked, scared, and entertained.  Other than that, Salem is known as just another historical city in New England for the remaining 11 months of the year.

Introducing the Salem CultureFest ( also visit www.salemculturefest.com)!!

Salem Common

The Salem CultureFest is held each July on the Salem Common (next to the historic Hawthorne Hotel).  This event features live bands who showcase many cultures and styles, as well as other performers (storytellers, martial artists, dancers, and more) who entertain you while you enjoy exploring the unique arts, crafts, and wares of our areas finest artists and crafters.  Everyone is welcome to attend this fun family-friendly event, and it is our hope to make this event a permanent part of Salem's annual events.

One of the primary goals of the Salem CultureFest is to bring to the surface the many cultures and diversity found in and around Salem.  For a city with such rich history, Salem should become known for what it truly is:  A place to explore anytime of year.

The general layout for the Salem Commons for the event is illustrated below:
